Information to assist candidates in preparing their application will be provided on this page when the server opens.

For candidates from abroad going through the “Etudes en France” procedure

If you are an international applicant and have submitted an application to UPSSITECH through the “Studies in France” platform:

  • Your application will be reviewed based on your “Studies in France” application. You are not required to submit a separate application on eCandidat for the selection phase.
  • The outcome of your admission to UPSSITECH will be communicated to you through the “Studies in France” platform.
  • If your application is successful, you will then be asked to submit an application on the University of Toulouse’s server (eCandidat). This application will compile the documents already submitted for admission through “Studies in France,” simplify your future registration procedures, and provide you with the necessary certificates for obtaining a visa, if applicable. The timeline for submitting this second application is specific to each application and will be communicated to you by email.
  • Applicants admitted through the “Studies in France” procedure are exempt from application fees.
