2026 ADMISSIONS CAMPAIGN CALENDAR:
SERVER OPENING: MARCH 9, 2026
APPLICATION DEADLINE: MAY 15, 2026
During this period, several online Q&A sessions will be held in the evenings from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM via videoconference to answer any questions from applicants. The link will be posted on this page approximately 10 minutes before the start of each session. The (tentative) dates for these information sessions are:
Results of the first admission phase (based on application) and sending of interview invitations to shortlisted candidates: June 3, 2026
Interviews: June 17, 2026
Results of the second admission phase: June 26, 2026

At the bottom right of the homepage are two sections: “I am a student at the University of Toulouse (formerly Toulouse 3-Paul Sabatier University)” and “I am not a student at the University of Toulouse (formerly Toulouse 3-Paul Sabatier University).” Depending on your situation:
- If you are already a registered student at the University of Toulouse, you can access the server by clicking the “Login” button and then entering your credentials. Check your email address—correct it if necessary—and validate it. You will receive your login and password at this email address, which you will then use on the application. IMPORTANT: You will need to use the information from this account to access your application file, and not your University of Toulouse account information.
- If you are not already a student at the University of Toulouse:
- Select “Create an account.”
- Enter your last name, first name, email address, and password. The email address you provide on this page will be used for all official communications from UPSSITECH. Therefore, you must provide an email address that you can access throughout the application process (until mid-July).
- You will then receive an email with your login information. Click on the link provided to activate your account. Keep this email until the end of the application process – you will need to use the link and login details in this email each time you wish to log in. The “Login” button or the link in the left-hand menu is only available to students already enrolled at the University of Toulouse.

2. Administrative information
Once logged into the site, identify the “Mon compte” section in the left banner. Click on the links:

Each link opens a window allowing you to enter various information. Fields preceded or followed by a red asterisk (*) are mandatory. Complete this information.

- Application
The last link in the left-hand menu (“Applications”) allows you to submit one or more applications to the various UPSSITECH programs and to modify them until you submit them.
- If you wish to apply for the second year of the engineering program (Integrated Preparatory Program, accessible after completing at least one year of post-secondary education), select the option “2nd Year INTEGRATED PREPARATORY PROGRAM – UPSSITECH.”
- If you wish to apply for the third year of the engineering program (accessible after completing at least two years of post-secondary education), select the option for your chosen program, starting with “3rd Year.”
- If you wish to apply for the fourth year of the engineering program, select the program name of your choice beginning with “4th year”. Direct entry into the fourth year is granted only in exceptional circumstances, provided the applicant demonstrates that they have acquired knowledge and skills equivalent to those taught in the third year of training at UPSSITECH. In this case, consult the program syllabi, available on the upssitech.eu website under the “Training” section.

The selected program then appears in the list. In the new page that appears, you are asked to provide supporting documents. These documents are files in pdf, jpg or png format, less than 2 MB in size, which it is up to you to produce. All parts are mandatory except those associated with a “Not applicable to this part” button. If so, just click the button, and the associated part will no longer be required. The button changes to “Affected by this part”. If you click the button again, you will again be able to download the corresponding part. You will find in the table below the list of parts and advice concerning them.

4. Payment of application fees
To validate your file, you must attach a document allowing you to follow your situation relating to the payment of the file fees:
- If you are a CROUS scholarship student during the 2025-2026 school year, submit a copy of your certificate in your file.
- If you are not a scholarship holder, you must pay the sum of 50 euros by bank transfer. This must be made out to the order of the “Agent Comptable de l’UT”, specifying “UPSSITECH/NAME/First name of the candidate” on the transfer. The RIB is provided on request to upssitech . contact @ upssitech . fr (remove the white spaces). Indicate in your email: your surnames, first names and date of birth, as well as the surname and first name of the person appearing on the original account of the transfer. Finally, please submit a copy of your bank transfer receipt in your application file once it has been made.
5. Validation of your file – Calendar of results
For your application to be taken into consideration, you must click on the “Submit my application” button. If you have any questions, you can contact the pedagogical secretary of the course to which you are applying, whose contact details appear at the top right of the information entry page. You can also chat with the members of the teaching teams during one of the videoconference sessions indicated at the beginning of this page.
You will receive an email informing you if your application has been selected for an interview or if it is refused, no later than June 3, 2026. The interview will preferably be carried out face-to-face if the health situation allows it. In the latter case, the pre-selected candidates will receive a convocation for the date of June 17. Exceptionally, it may be carried out remotely (especially for candidates far from Toulouse). During this interview, you will be invited to take an English level test. Following this interview, you will be informed, still by email, no later than June 26, 2026 if your application is selected either on the main list or on the waiting list, or if it has been refused.
If your application is accepted, you will then have 15 days to confirm it. You can then proceed to your administrative registration at the University of Toulouse in the UPSSITECH course for which you have been selected. This registration is carried out online using the identifiers that you will have used for the admission phase.
IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED NOT TO WAIT FOR THE LAST MOMENT TO VALIDATE YOUR APPLICATION IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM TO COME BACK TO YOU TO, IF NEEDED, AUTHORIZE YOU TO MAKE CHANGES IF NECESSARY. THE DEADLINE FOR THE VALIDATION OF THE FILE IS MAY 15, 2026.
For candidates from abroad going through the “Etudes en France” procedure
If you are an international applicant and have submitted an application to UPSSITECH through the “Studies in France” platform:
- Your application will be reviewed based on your “Studies in France” application. You are not required to submit a separate application on eCandidat for the selection phase.
- The outcome of your admission to UPSSITECH will be communicated to you through the “Studies in France” platform.
- If your application is successful, you will then be asked to submit an application on the University of Toulouse’s server (eCandidat). This application will compile the documents already submitted for admission through “Studies in France,” simplify your future registration procedures, and provide you with the necessary certificates for obtaining a visa, if applicable. The timeline for submitting this second application is specific to each application and will be communicated to you by email.
- Applicants admitted through the “Studies in France” procedure are exempt from application fees.
